Section 1.1 as identified as Tyrolean Village to Rainbow Drive & Kunama Estate which is a construct only package of works

•  Construct the works in accordance with the approved design and relevant standards.
•  Provide a detailed breakdown of anticipated maintenance costs of the completed trail works.
•  Implement a suitable quality management system throughout all stages of the project.
•  Maintain the finished product throughout the 12 months defects liability period.

Section 2.2 as identified as Tyrolean Trail Network (Mill Creek MTB Park) which will entail both design and construction works.

•  progress the provided concept designs through to detailed designs suitable for construction of the new trails, seeking client acceptance of the detailed design prior to proceeding to construction.
•  In preparing this design, full consideration will be given to the DA conditions
