This Services Contract will deliver:
1. Manual reading of commercial and domestic electricity meters
2. Manual reading of commercial and domestic water meters
3. Service orders including:
- Re-energisation, de-energisation of electricity customers*
- Special water meter reads
- Associated sewerage and water audit activities
- Reporting including self-scoring against KPIs
* Power and Water may choose to introduce remote de-energisation and re-energisation during the term of this contract.
