Project goals
Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents for the provision, implementation and ongoing support of a facility management software solution for its Leisure and Aquatic Services facilities. Council’s Leisure & Aquatic facilities are located in Birrong, Canterbury*, Greenacre, Revesby, Roselands and Sefton.
The overarching goal of this software solution is to streamline processes, improve business operations, performance, reporting and record keeping, and importantly, to ensure a high quality and contemporary customer experience for all facility users.
The Software must be fully supported, reliable, specific to the Leisure & Aquatic Services Industry, scalable as the service grows with new facilities in the coming years and able to meet the demands of the business over the period of the contract.

*The Canterbury Leisure & Aquatic Centre is currently closed for redevelopment and is scheduled for completion in 2025. Respondents should be aware that this facility will need to be prepared to come online in advance of mid-2026.
