MidCoast Council, located on the Mid North Coast of NSW, is seeking to engage a suitably qualified contractor to independently:

- review and update existing Information Management policies and procedures, and

- develop an implementation, improvement and training program along with a supporting roadmap.

All actions are to integrate with the existing EDMS, TechnologyOne ECM. This project is to maximise efficiency, manage risks and meet legislative requirements.

Review and consideration of existing policies & procedures, relevant NSW legislation, RMAT requirements, and a records management audit that has been undertaken.

An onsite visit will be required. Project to be completed by end October 2025.
