Super SA are seeking to engage an experienced Salesforce implementation supplier to deliver a professional design and implementation of a flexible platform to deliver an exceptional member engagement and operation efficiency (Member Engagement Platform (MEP)), that enables a tailored interactive member experience in accordance with defined business outcomes, and provide ongoing enhancements and support for up to 5 years from the live date.

Respondents should take specific note of the following:

• Super SA have undertaken the development of a set of requirements for Stage A and B.
• There are requirements across two documents, the first being current Requirements for Stage A and the second being Requirements for Stage B.
• The expectation is to implement the Streams in Stage A.
• Stage B Requirements could be taken up an a extension of the Solution if the proposed pricing quotation is within the appetite of Super SA.
• Super SA are seeking respondents to provide a response including:
• Cost and time estimates to design, develop and implement the MEP Solution for all defined Requirements in Stage A and B
• Options for the supporting the implemented Solution for up to 5 years for Stage A.

A briefing session will be held at Super SA, Level 2, 151 Pirie Street, Adelaide, SA, Australia, 5000 on 1:00 pm 22 July 2025.

Notes: On-site attendance will be limited to one representative per supplier.
