Design and Construct Tonkin Highway North Ellenbrook Interchange

The Project involves the investigation, design and construction of:

• a grade separated Single Point Urban Interchange (SPUI) proposed just north of Maralla Road, over Tonkin Highway.
• a grade separation of the existing Pedestrian Shared Path (PSP), and
• an at-grade path between the east and west North Ellenbrook District Structure Plans.

Pre-qualification Required - R4 and B4

Commonwealth Funded Contract that requires compliance with the Australian Govt Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme - 

It is a requirement of this project that the builder/s contracted to undertake the building work be accredited under the Work Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme, established under the Federal Safety Commissioner Act 2022, at the time of entering into the contract for the building work and while the building work is being carried out.*

The builder/s must comply with all conditions of Scheme accreditation.

* Paragraph 26(g) of the Federal Safety Commissioner (Accreditation Scheme) Amendment Rules 2023 outlines provisions applying to joint venture arrangements that include accredited and unaccredited builders.

A briefing session will be held at Don Aitken Centre, Waterloo Crescent, East Perth on 6 Aug, 2025 3:30 PM.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-tender briefing will be held on Wednesday 6 August 2025 commencing at 3:30pm at Don Aitken Centre, Waterloo CR, East Perth 6004.
