Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Supplier will provide the Climate Change Authority with Client Support Services (CSS) through a structured agreement covering a range of technical and functional support activities. The arrangement will be based on a 6-month contract, with a 6-month extension option.
Monthly Support Services – 5 Hours
Supplier will allocate 5 hours per month to cover the following core services:
- Service Desk Management
- Incident Management
- System Administration
- Change Management
- Functional Application Support
As part of the monthly support services, Supplier will also provide functional application support, including but not limited to:
- Testing activities related to system upgrades, new releases, and software revisions
- Emergency support for bug fixes and disruptions
- Additional support during critical periods, such as year-end close
- Consulting support for non-routine activities, including development and implementation of new reports
- Project management support as required.
