Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DOHW) and Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries (DLGSC) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake a building management system (BMS) upgrade at the Art Gallery of Western Australia (AGWA).

The Work includes but is not limited to the removal of existing components of BMS, installation of new hardware, system integration, commissioning, and handover with documentation.

Site Visit 

A site visit will be held at Art Gallery of Western Australia, Perth on 22 Jul, 2025 10:00 AM.

A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at the Art Gallery of Western Australia. The location of the briefing will be at the AGWA loading dock off Roe Street, Perth WA 6000.

Bidders are to enter from Roe Street, follow the ramp, and press the buzzer for entry. Refer to the attached Art Gallery WA_ Loading Dock Entrance map.

It is a site requirement for all attendees to wear safety boots.
