Queenstown Lakes District Council wish to engage a suitable Leasing agency to facilitate the listing of Bradley Building, Queenstown (Lot 2 DP 22252). The following attributes are required for submissions to be accepted:

a) A detail-orientated approach for marketing the premises at Bradley Building. Examples from previous leasing opportunities are required to enhance your submission.

b) Experience with leasing similar office space.

c) Outline why your agency is best equipped to lease this office space.

d) Details of a rigorous health and safety plan. Emphasis on your commitment to safety when in the field undertaking property inspections with and without clients is advised.
