EOI Overview

The City of Wagga Wagga is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suppliers for the exclusive supply of tennis equipment, products, and support services to the Jim Elphick Tennis Centre.

This is a unique opportunity to become the sole provider of tennis-related stock for both retail and operational use at this premier local facility.

The agreement will be for an initial three-year term, with 3 x 12-month extension options.

Interested applicants must provide

1. Completed Expression of Interest Submission Form

2. Supplier Proposal including details regarding:

• Product range and stock offering
• Tennis stock warranties
• Brand reputation
• Price and value
• Minimum order quantities
• Delivery and logistics
• Staff training and support
• Marketing collateral
• Any value-added or exclusive offerings

Submission Process & Evaluation

Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted.

Evaluation

Shortlisted applicants may be invited to present their products to a selection panel. Proposals will be assessed based on:

• Product quality
• Additional offerings
• Capability and compliance
• Price and value

To be considered, applicants must:

• Complete the EOI Submission Form
• Address all selection criteria in detail
• Include all relevant supporting documents (e.g. business plan, financial details)
