An invitation is extended to you to submit a written tender for the following:

The Greenhill and Carmila Waste Transfer Station Facilities, operated by Isaac Regional Council (IRC), are located in the coastal areas of Ilbilbie and Carmila, approximately 130 km south of Mackay, Queensland. Formerly active landfill sites, both locations have since been closed, capped, and converted into waste transfer stations. However, further rehabilitation is required at both sites to meet the closure requirements outlined in their Environmental Approval (EA) conditions.

Hereinafter called “the works”.

There is an optional site meeting on Tuesday 22 July 2025 at 11am as per the Request for Tender document.

Tenders must be in accordance with the Specification and Criteria. Please ensure your written tender is lodged prior to the Closing Time.

All specification, general enquiries and written tenders must be submitted via the tendering portal only. Please do not send tender directly to Project Managers, Project team members or other Council staff. All phone enquiry details will be forwarded to the Contracts & Procurement team as a matter of record.
