Tender Description

The Shire is seeking a suitably qualified Contractor for the design and construction of residential housing in Kununurra. The Site is zoned Residential under Local Planning Scheme No. 9 (LPS 9), has an R-Code of R30, is 5,261 m2 in extent and is fully serviced (sewer, water, power, telecoms) to near the Site boundary.

This Request for Tender has two Separable Portions:

• Separable Porton 1: Siteworks (design and construct).

• Separable Portion 2: Modular Houses (design, manufacture, transport and install).

Respondents may respond to either Separable Portion or both Separable Portions.

The houses are to be modular / prefabricated and of attractive upmarket designs to fit in with the surrounding environment.
