Tender Description
We are looking for providers who can collaboratively deliver Services to people eligible under the Tier Two Orthotic Services National Specifications and the guiding principles of the Tier One Community Health and Transitional Support Services Service National Specifications for the Te Waipounamu Region. Each area in the region will have different requirements for this service depending on location and population needs.
We are looking for providers who will:
* partner with us to provide equitable service throughout Te Waipounamu
* provide proactive and innovative service;
* provide services undertaken by suitably qualified and/or experienced staff who are competent to meet each Service User’s level of need
* have mature infrastructure to ensure each stage of service provision (assessment, planning, provision, evaluation, review, and discharge) and reporting.
