Cumberland City Council is inviting tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced community-based organisations to enter into a five (5) year lease agreement for the use of the “Federation Cottage” (‘Cottage’) located at 42 Lane Street, Wentworthville, NSW 2145.

Pretender site briefing / inspection (Mandatory)

Tenderers are required to register and attend the mandatory pre-tender site briefing / inspection on one of the following dates:

• Wednesday, 16 July 2025 at 10:00AM AEST
• Wednesday, 23 July 2025 at 10:00AM AEST
