Cisco Hardware Maintenance 2025 to 2028

The Public Transport Authority (PTA) require the renewal of Cisco SmartNet 8x5xNBD Maintenance Services to ensure continued operational reliability, timely hardware maintenance, and technical support for our Cisco infrastructure.

This renewal will maintain uninterrupted network performance, minimise downtime, and provide access to Cisco’s technical expertise and resources.

Cisco Smart Net 8x5xNBD is a service agreement that provides 8 hours a day, 5 days a week (Monday through Friday) technical support with next-business-day (NBD) hardware replacement for Cisco networking equipment.

Our current Cisco SmartNet 8x5xNBD Maintenance Services are due to expire on 31st July 2025.
