Clarence City Council invites a Quotation to undertake an annual main inspection and associated reporting in accordance with AS EN 14874:2021 for all Council skate park facilities.

Full details are provided in Schedule 1 of the specimen copy of the Contract appearing in Part 4 of this Invitation. Respondents are to contact Council’s nominated contact officer named on the cover page if additional information is required to complete the Quotation Response.

The Consultant must undertake an annual main inspection of all Council Skate Park Facilities, in accordance with AS EN 14974:2021, and the preparation of a comprehensive audit report including but not limited to the general operational conditions, identification of risks, recommended ongoing maintenance, useful life estimations and asset renewal/replacement recommendations to inform future funding.
