The new project BioBrowser: Establishing a biodiversity baseline for the Australian goat industry, commenced in early June 2025 and will finish by October 2027. The BioBrowser Project Reference Group will co-design the development of a biodiversity baseline for the Australian goat industry, with MLA and the project team (Enviro-dynamics, Schuster Consulting Group and Vanguard Business Services). The Reference Group will consist of a maximum of eight (8) people, including goat producers, goat industry representatives and technical biodiversity experts.

Meat & Livestock Australia is calling for applications from commercial goat producers (farmed and harvested rangeland goats), industry and biodiversity technical specialists to fill the eight (8) available positions on the BioBrowser reference group.
