Provision of Event Management and Operations for the Tour Down Under (TDU) event hub, the Tour Village.

The Tour Village, the event hub in Victoria Square/ Tarntanyangga provides spectators with the opportunity to enjoy all things cycling including seeing the cycling teams up close, visiting the bike expo and watching the race on the big screen. The Event Management and Operations service provider would be responsible for the following:

• Site planning and delivery including costing the operational requirements of the site and programming elements (with SATC approval).
• Working collaboratively with the SATC commercial team on operational and programming requirements for sponsors and exhibitors.
• Working collaboratively with the SATC events team on operational and programming requirements for activations and entertainment
• Preparing and overseeing build and event schedules.
• Preparing service briefs and contributing expert knowledge to procurement and risk documentation.
• Overseeing the build process and site protocols and directing and controlling the work of site contractors.
• Preparing daily event reports during the TDU event
• Undertaking contractor debriefing at the conclusion of the event.
