The Office of Sport manages a portfolio of 10 x Sport and Recreation Centres located across NSW. All Centres require cleaning services for common areas, accommodation and ancillary services.

Project goals

The Office is seeking to engage with one Supplier, however multiple Suppliers may be considered by the Office if it can demonstrate it represents best value for money, to deliver cleaning services to all of its 10 x Sport and Recreation Centres (Centres) across NSW.

The Supplier must have the necessary capacity and capabilities to delivery cleaning services to the Centres in accordance with the Statement of Requirements and related documents.

The project goals include:

• Secure supply of cleaning services for Centres for the next 5 years.
• Provides business continuity and assurance for Centres
• Operational efficiencies, including flexibility to scale up and down
• Use of technology
• Compliance with modern slavery obligations in a high-risk area
• Compliance with procurement policies of the Office and NSW Government
