Tamworth Regional Council (TRC) is seeking quotations for the supply of a self-bunded polyethylene storage tank for the safe containment of sodium hypochlorite with a minimum capacity of 1,500L. It will be used exclusively at the Barraba Pool. The tank must be manufactured from UV-stabilised, chemical grade polyethylene, with a minimum specific gravity rating of 1.5. Construction shall comply with Australian Standard AS/NZS 4766 and feature a double-walled bund design to ensure integrated spill containment and protect the surrounding environment.

The tank will be used in a suction lift capacity. As such, the tank is to be fitted with a suction lift option positioned above the liquid level. A flooded suction option is not required or desirable. A 1.5-inch camlock inlet is required to enable secure and efficient hose connection during filling operations. A means of determining the volume of product in the tank by the facility operator is required.

Quotations must detail lead time, available level monitoring options, warranty terms, and applicable compliance documentation. All pricing must include delivery to the Barraba Pool in New South Wales, as the tank will remain in service there for its operational life.
