Tablelands Regional Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for the lease and operation of the Atherton Municipal Pool located on Lot 7 on CP 901637.

The successful tenderer will enter into a 10-year lease commencing in September 2025, as shown in the Request for Tender documentation.

In the lease terms TRC has included provisions for discussions around capital works. Tenderers should note and understand that the Tablelands Regional Council does have capital works programmed at the pool in this 10-year lease period. The Tablelands Regional Council looks forward to working with the successful tenderer to ensure the works programme is understood, transparent and a topic for discussion moving forward.
