The Rottnest Island Authority (RIA, the Customer) requires a suitably skilled and experienced organisation to provide cleaning services at its head office, located at 1 Mews Road Fremantle, Perth, Western Australia.

Site Visit 

A site visit will be held at 1 Mews Road, Fremantle on 11 July 2025 10:00 AM.

A mandatory briefing to Respondents will be conducted at:

• Date: Friday 11th July
• Time: 10AM Western Australia
• Location: 1 Mews Road, Fremantle WA

The Respondent is requested to confirm its attendance by no later than 5pm AWST on Wednesday 9th July by emailing the following details to katie.buckley@dohw.wa.gov.au.

1. Full name and title of attendees
2. Name of Legal Entity

The Respondent is requested to limit its representative(s) attendance to one (1) attendee.

The legal entity recorded in the attendance register must match the name of the entity submitting the Offer. Failure to comply may result in the Respondent's Offer not being considered.

Please also note that failure to attend the Request briefing will result in the Offer being ineligible for further consideration.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
