Defence Housing Australia (DHA) invites responses from suitably licensed and insured Head Contractors to this Request for Tender (RFT) for the provision of demolition and brownfield reversion services in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) to be carried out in accordance with these Conditions of Tender for the Stage 1 Redevelopment of Gymkhana Road, Campbell ACT 2612 Royal Military College (RMC) Duntroon), to demolish 15 condemned dwellings and construct 32 new residences.

Interested parties should note DHA will be conducting non mandatory site-inspection, by appointment only on assessment of the requests under clause 1.2.1. Site inspection requests must be received by Thursday 10 July 2025 3:00pm (Canberra Time) by email at tenders@dha.gov.au.
