The Council of the City of Sydney ("the City") invites tenders for the carrying out of Electronics Collection and Processing Service in accordance with this Request for Tender.

The Service Provider is required to collect, transport, sort and process or on sell all Electronics collected and to maximise resource recovery. The Electronics will be collected from the City Depots and Special Events by the Service Provider and delivered to the Service Provider's Nominated Facilities, at the contracted location.

The Term of the Contract will be for a period of 3.5 years from 1 January 2026, with one (1) additional 12-month option.

Tenderers must submit tenders in the manner required by this document.
