Architect Services

The City of Subiaco invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced registered architects to design a new fit-for-purpose municipal depot including concept design services, detailed design services and general project management services. To respond to our Request, please submit a written submission addressing the qualitative criteria contained in our Request and an offer (including price) to supply the services, in the prescribed form.

Please submit your tender electronically via the Tendering Portal. Tenders submitted via other means will be rejected.

The date and time after which tenders cannot be submitted is 2:00pm on 21 August 2025, Perth, Western Australia time. Late tenders will be rejected. Tenderers who canvass elected members or staff will also be rejected. We are not obliged to accept the lowest tender or any tender.
