Construction of the Snowy Valleys Multipurpose and Evacuation Centre

⁠⁠⁠Snowy Valleys Council (SVC) is seeking tenders for the construction of a Multipurpose and Evacuation Centre in Tumut, NSW.

The project is funded through the State and Federal Government's Bushfire Local Economic Recovery Fund (BLERF) and Council is seeking a qualified Head Contractor to deliver the project under a construct-only AS4000 contract.

The project must be completed within strict timeframes, with grant funding to be acquitted by 30 June 2026. Tenderers must demonstrate how they will meet this schedule.

A mandatory site meeting will be held at Richmond Park, Tumut, on Tuesday 15 July 2025 at 12pm.
