Notice is given that Under Section 32(1) of the Public Spaces (Unattended Property) Act 2021, Parkes Shire Council offers for sale by tender the following livestock:
- 1x Bay Stallion – 6 years
- 1x Brown foal
To arrange an inspection call Council Rangers during office hours only on 02 6861 2333.
All tenders are to be lodged in the Tender Box at Council's Administration Centre. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
