Yass Valley Council is inviting submissions from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the digitisation of its physical (hard copy) property/building records held by Yass Valley Council.

The Council currently holds approximately 322 lineal meters of hard copy property files in compactus storage. These records need to be digitised into well-organised, text-searchable PDF files that comply with applicable government standards for digital document retention.

All files must be named in accordance with Council's established naming conventions and appropriately linked to its Electronic Content Management (ECM) system and associated databases.

The records vary in age and contain a mix of A4, A3 and large-format documents. While most documents appear to be in good condition, some may require special handling due to potential degradation or wear.
