Pursuant to section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995

The Shire of Northam gives notice that it proposes to lease property as follows:

• Property: Portion of Reserve 27147, 392 (Lot 340) Fitzgerald Street West, Northam, Western Australia 6401
• Lessor: Shire of Northam
• Lessee: WA Building Pty Ltd
• Term: 5 years.
• Options:1 x 5-year option.
• Commencement Date: 01 August 2025 or such other date as agreed by the parties in writing.
• Consideration: $ 4,125 (excluding GST)
• Market Value: $ 4,125 (excluding GST), as ascertained by a market valuation as at 09 June 2025.

The Shire of Northam invites submissions in relation to the proposed lease.
