Croydon Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for the construction of DRFA restoration works on the below listed roads.

Separable Portion 1:

• Richmond Road - Chainage 144,777m to 208,900m (Form 4 Line No 328-471).

• Newwater Road

Separable Portion 2 (provisional, if ordered):

• Richmond Road – Chainage 1,140m to 142,410m (Form 4 Line No 1-327)

• Dumis Road

• Entrona Road

• Esmeralda Road

• Pelham Road

Contract award date: 29th August 2025

Separable Portion 1 - Practical completion date: No later than 30th November 2025

Separable Portion 2 - Practical completion date: No later than 31st October 2026 (provisional)
