Acceler Project Management in partnership with Coast2Bay are calling for Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified building contractors for the Design & Construction of an 36 x unit social housing project, spread across 4 levels.
To be considered for this EOI you must have:
1. Federal Safety Accreditation.
2. Experience in delivering design & construct Social Housing & Government funded projects.
3. Availability to tender the project August 2025.
4. Safety, Environmental & Quality management systems (prefer 3rd party certified).
5. Recent experience delivering comparable projects preferably in the Moreton Bay area.
6. Suitable QBCC license
