Learning Management System (LMS) Solution

⁠⁠⁠It is proposed that a procurement process be undertaken for the delivery and implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS) for Office of Industrial Relations (OIR). This will enable delivery of high-quality training and monitoring of mandatory training objectives and professional development outcomes for OIR stakeholders and staff.

The Objectives of the project includes:

• identification and procurement of an LMS product that fulfills business requirements and delivers the required business capabilities;
• system integration and automation of business processes and data flows (where practical within the OIR environment);
• build and configuration of the solution in test and production environments;
• solution testing (quality assurance and user acceptance).

The ICT Products and Services required will cover the following requirements may include:

• As A Service - Subscription to SaaS components required to build and host the system
• Licenced Software - Licensed Software for the software components (if required)
• Managed Services - Support and maintenance of the hosted solution (if required)
• Professional Services - Including Implementation, development and training services as required.
