Tender Description
The upgrade of the Tearoom at Nutcote, 5 Wallaringa Avenue, Neutral Bay. Works are in two separable parts. Part A requires investigation and rectification of water leak on the Upper Terrace level. Water is currently penetrating from this level into the existing kitchen of the tearoom. Tenderers shall include for all works associated with investigation and rectification of the leak.
Part B includes the supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, setting to work, warranty, defect liability and maintenance of construction and fitout of the tearoom including demolition and strip out of existing kitchen, waterproofing, upgrades to electrical and plumbing services, supply and installation of cabinetry, benchtops (stone and stainless steel), joinery, fittings and fixtures, equipment, flooring (vinyl and composite timber), painting and commissioning. All works are as described in the tender documents.
Tender documents are also available in hardcopy for a non-refundable fee of $300.00 per set, from North Sydney Council at 200 Miller Street, North Sydney.
A Pre-Tender meeting will be held at 2.30pm on Wednesday 9th July at Nutcote Tearooms,5 Wallaringa Avenue, Neutral Bay. Failure by the Tenderer to attend this meeting may lead to rejection of the Tender.
