Albury City Council invites suitably qualified Tenderers to submit a Tender for the Education Hub at the Albury Animal Care Centre for Council upon the conditions detailed in the RFT.

This is a grant funded project under the NSW Government Cross Border Infrastructure Grant Fund. The Stage 1 – Education Hub must be completed by 30th November 2025 for Grant Funding. The project proposal extends and enhances the planned Animal Care Centre redevelopment to construct a purpose built Education Hub providing education and awareness training on animal handling and welfare.

The future Stage 2 - Animal Care Centre redevelopment project (awarded as a separate contract) includes provision of emergency pet accommodation, improved security, and mobile connection, landscaping, and environmentally sustainable improvements. Stage 2 is not included in this tender.
