The proposed works are at the Manning Aquatic Centre located at 9 Elizabeth Street Bathurst.

The Tender shall be for the construction of the whole of the Works, unless otherwise stated in the Tender Documents and shall include the following:

Provide site works as specified.
Documentation as specified.
Provide plant, material and labour to construct all associated works as detailed in the construction Drawings and Specifications.
Allowance for all items listed within Schedule F-2 including all sundries and additional work or materials not specifically listed with Schedule F-2.
Allowance to work within a public space and take appropriate measures as dictated by the superintendent to minimize dust, noise, vibration and disturbance of the aquatic center patrons and staff.
Design and documentation as specified.
Legally dispose of all rubbish and materials.
Provide any other site works as directed by the Superintendent.
