Paramedic Services for Sydney Trains

⁠⁠⁠Paramedic services at 14 Sydney Trains stations during peak hours.

Project goals

Paramedic services have been provided to Sydney Trains for the past ten years and Sydney Trains management has directed that the services are required to continue to ensure on time running objectives and provide safety to Sydney Trains customers.

This initiative is designed to:

a. expedite the assistance afforded to customers who fall sick or are injured on trains or stations; and

b. to the extent that it is safe to do so, remove customers who fall sick or are injured from trains to help maintain the integrity of the train timetable.

Scope

The scope of this tender is Paramedic services at 14 Sydney Trains stations during peak hours.
