Tender Description
The Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority (BGPA) requires a Panel Arrangement for the delivery of maintenance services for all buildings and infrastructure on the A Class Reserves it is responsible for. The Panel Arrangement is expected to include six Trade Categories and will generally involve individual work valued at less than $20,000 (including GST).
The types of work covered by the Panel Arrangement will include:
- Breakdown Repairs
- Planned Maintenance
- Routine Maintenance
- Minor Improvements
