The site is located at 5 De Clambe Drive, Castle Hill and is the last site within the Showground Station Precinct to go to market. The site will be a mixed use site with new homes, commercial and retail space. The site is surrounded by open space, with sweeping regional views over the Cattai Creek corridor and the Castle Hill Showground.
