Katherine Aquatic Centre Operational Management Services

⁠⁠⁠Katherine Town Council is seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced service provider to manage the Katherine Aquatic Centre following its recent major refurbishment. The selected operator will be responsible for delivering high-quality, inclusive, and safe aquatic services that cater to the needs of the Katherine community and its visitors.

The core objectives of this engagement are to

• Ensure the facility operates safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Provide accessible, customer-focused services that promote health, wellbeing, and active lifestyles.
• Activate the Centre through a diverse range of programs, community events, and stakeholder partnerships.
• Continuously enhance customer satisfaction and overall user experience across all areas of service delivery.
• Align operations with Council's strategic priorities, particularly in the areas of community wellbeing, sport and recreation, economic development, and environmental sustainability.
• Promote Katherine as a vibrant regional destination for aquatic recreation in line with the
