Shellharbour City Council (Council) owns and operates Shellharbour Airport which comprises of over 100 hectares of land. The Airport is located in close proximity to Albion Park Railway Station and is a gateway to the Shellharbour Region.

Located within the Airport is the recently refurbished and now vacant former airport terminal (the Building). This Building offers a spacious office environment and presents a unique opportunity for commercial utilisation and activation. The Building's ideal location within the airport premises maximises its potential as a prime location for businesses seeking a strategic position in the Shellharbour LGA.

The Building is being offered as a leasing opportunity for up to 3 years while Council evaluates its strategic options for the Building's future use.

Shellharbour City Council extends an invitation for an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the temporary occupation of the building known as the former airport terminal, available under a lease of up to 3 years. Councill is seeking commercial operators interested in utilising the space, ideally suited for office space for commercial or aviation services.

While applicants operating an aviation related service are preferred, non-aviation related services will be considered and applications will be assessed on its merit.

SUBMITTING TENDER:

i) EOI's can be submitted in electronic format through Council's e-tendering portal in PDF format or alternatively Microsoft WORD format.

ii) Alternatively, EOI's can be submitted in hard copy in the Tender box located at Council's Administration Centre, Customer Service, 76 Cygnet Avenue, Shellharbour City Centre.
