To provide independent oversight, strategic guidance, and risk advisory services to the Steering Committee of the NHMRC Sapphire Refresh project.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and contribute to Steering Committee meetings.
• Provide independent advice on project governance, risk management, and strategic direction.
• Review relevant project documentation submitted to the Steering Committee and provide feedback on project plans, risk registers, and progress reports.
• Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support the Steering Committee in decision-making processes with expert insights, based on best practices in software development and cloud-based ICT project delivery.
