Metro North Health (MNH) has issued this Invitation to Offer (ITO) to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) with single or multiple Suppliers which will enable MNH and other Queensland Health entities to source a full suite of Nurse Call solutions, products and services as well as Data and Messaging Integration Engine (DMIE) capability designed to enhance communication and care coordination enabling faster response times, improved patient safety, enhanced staff efficiency and improved patient satisfaction.

The scope of the SOA will include local and enterprise Nurse Call solutions (hardware and software), professional services and ongoing support and maintenance plus Data and Messaging Integration Engine (DMIE) capability which can integrate a range of data and systems (e.g. Nurse Call and related clinical/business and building/engineering/facility management systems).

Suppliers are invited to submit an offer for ITO MNHHS117251 by the closing date and time outlined in the ITO. Suppliers may provide offers for Nurse Call solutions and/or DMIE.
