Fraser Coast Regional Council is inviting offers from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for CTIS011-25/26 - Maryborough Showgrounds and Equestrian Park (MSEP) - Campground Amenities Block - Installation & Fit Out Works. In line with the adopted Masterplan, Council will be upgrading all Ablution blocks during the next few years, however the first of these is the Campground Zone amenities block to which this RFQ applies.

This project is for the provision of installation and Fit out services for the refurbishment of the Campground Zone Amenity block. FCRC has commissioned a Detailed Design and Specification from Keystone Architects including Fixture and Fitting Schedules. The design and specifications are included in this Invitation to Offer. Pricing is to reflect Supply and Installation of the designed elements.

A Tender Briefing or Site Inspection is MANDATORY for this tender. The details are outlined below:
