Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Main Roads Western Australia (MRWA) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Description of Works at Premises.
The Work includes but is not limited to demolition works, electrical, supply and installation of chiller and associated equipment, and testing and commissioning.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at 5-9 Colin Jamieson Drive, Welshpool on 11 Jul, 2025 10:00 AM.
A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at Main Roads Western Australia Materials Engineering Branch. The location of the briefing will be 5-9 Colin Jamieson Drive, Welshpool WA 6106.
