Goulburn Ovens Institute of Technical and Further Education (GOTAFE) (Organisation) provides more than 161 accredited and non-accredited courses across 10 campus locations in Victoria, including our online and mobile campuses. To complement our education provision, GOTAFE also supports students and community members through the services of our Skills and Jobs Centres. By working closely with regional industry, GOTAFE provides contemporary and relevant learning outcomes and qualifications for more than 7,000 students every year.

To support the broader delivery of GOTAFE objectives, the Planning and Projects Team within the Operations Division delivers projects on behalf of the organisation, as per GOTAFE’s Capital Works Portfolio. Elements of the Capitals Works Portfolio include large construction projects, small to medium infrastructure projects, as well as annual equipment programs.

The current resource profile of the Planning and Projects Team is such that the current project delivery capacity is less than the current project load and accordingly GOTAFE is seeking to engage a suitably qualified provider to to provide Project Management/Delivery services to support the team to deliver the required outcomes of the 2025 Capital Works Portfolio.
