Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Contract Works required are: remediation of the library roof, including removal of the existing roofing, replacement of existing skylights, remediation of any water damaged framing, repitching and new membrane roof and the removal of existing ACM cladding and replacement with new.

  • Removal of ACM cladding & replacement with new cladding (area over library entry only)
  • Removal of existing roofing and skylights
  • Additional framing to structural report
  • New skylights
  • New TPO roofing over plywood substrate
  • New ceiling linings to affected areas
