Tender Description
Kirwan State High School is inviting expressions of interest from qualified and experienced operators to lease and manage our school swimming pool facility.
This is an exciting opportunity to operate a well-maintained pool in the heart of the Kirwan community. The successful tenderer will manage the facility for both school use and public access, with the lease set to commence on 1 October 2025.
Tender submissions close: 31 July 2025
We’re looking for a passionate operator who can ensure the pool remains a safe, accessible, and thriving hub for both students and the wider community.
