Contractors wishing to tender for the above project comprising the School Library, Senior Study Centre, 8 General Teaching Areas, Technology Workshop, Learning Support, IT, Student Amenities and associated site works are required to register their interest. The project will be approximately 3800m2 of 9b Type A Construction within the centre of a constrained site.

Registration should include (as a minimum):

• Resume of work/capability statement/credit references/staffing arrangements
• Capacity to commence November 2025
• Location of administration;
• Copy of Generic Safety Plan and commentary on provision for site safety
• Management experience within the Rockhampton Region
• Resources and staffing within the Rockhampton Region

The Architect for the works shall be Tony Madden Architects Pty Ltd. A limited number only of Contractors will be asked to tender on the project. The selection of Tenderers will be at the sole discretion of the Board of Trustees of The Rockhampton Grammar School.
