The City of Stirling (City), as Principal, is seeking suitably qualified and resourced Contractors to provide unplanned and planned building and property maintenance services throughout the City-owned Assets within the City of Stirling. The Contractors are required to supply the following four service types:

• Reactive Maintenance - unscheduled repairs due to faults or breakdowns within the City’s buildings or of its assets.
• Renewal Maintenance – work performed from time to time to bring an item back to its original state or functional condition.
• Routine Maintenance - performed cyclically to maintain efficient operating life; or avoid potential failure of particular components and to comply with statutory requirements, this includes various service contracts such as grease traps and RPZ servicing.
• Minor Works – improvements or works that add to, alter, or upgrade the building or specified building components. The improvements largely arise from changed functional or business needs of building occupants.
