Maitland City Council (Council) invites you to respond to their Request for Quotation (RfQ) for the Leachate and Surface Water Pollution Reduction Study for Maitland Resource Recovery Facility (MRRF). (Services).

The purpose of the Request for Quotation is to obtain capability, costing, pricing, and general information on the business of potential Service Providers for Council to determine the Service Providers most capable of providing the Services.

Respondents are requested to complete a RFQ Acknowledgement Form (refer document titled: 02 20252458 Leachate and Surface Water Pollution Reduction Study Acknowledgment Form.docx) within the RFQ pack and return via email to acknowledge your company will be submitting an RFQ submitted no later than 12.00 noon (AEST) Thursday 3rd July 2025 to Christian.winkler@maitland.nsw.gov.au.

Instructions to Populate Response Documentation

The Respondent must populate its RFQ by way of completing the questions contained in Request for Proposal Part 2 (refer to document titled: 05 20252458 Leachate and Surface Water Pollution Reduction Study Request for Proposal Part 2.docx) provided within the RFQ pack

The Respondent must respond in the boxes provided for any text-based answers and expand the space as necessary. Council prefers responses in each section be limited to less than 500 words. However, where a Respondent wants to attach additional relevant documents, ensure you include a reference to the attachment in the relevant section.

You must submit an electronic copy of this document. Respondents must note that all questions MUST be completed.

RFQ Timing

The RFQ will be issued on Friday 27th June 2025, via the Tendering Portal and close at 12.00 noon on Friday, 11th July 2025.
